The Process 'One-on-One':
INITIAL CONVERSATION
Coaching is about building a trusting relationship embarking on an exiting journey into
‘YOU’!
This initial conversation is to determine if there is a fit, the ‘chemistry’ between coach and client.
We strive to create a safe, authentic environment based on trust in which we openly share and build exciting challenges and vision.
This call is offered for free!
INTORDUCTION PACKAGE
Once we decide that we want to get started we will send you an
Introduction package, consisting of useful, thought provoking
and stimulating forms for you to complete before our intake session.
A range of assessments, as well as administrative forms are included for you to get clear on values and to build a basis for our first session.
INTAKE SESSION
This session is extensive and will take us about 2 hours.
We will review forms, establish where you are, your current
Values, Patterns and Habits etc.
We will also look at what is working or not and establish initial focus.
This session is usually a lot of fun and energetic.
Concluding this session we part with specific commitments and action items.
A lot can be accomplished in one session but coaching happens over time - not in one day! Actually most of the change & shift occurs 'between' sessions through reflection and 'aha-moments.'
90 days are most effective to work through the ups and downs of change!
We usually start with a 3-6 month period with some clients staying on even longer depending on the arising issues. We ask you to stay on as long as you see you are getting value out of it!
WEEKLY SESSIONS
Each week we speak at a specified time
Where are you/ where do you want to be, next steps necessary, problems, current issues, short term goals vs. long term big picture.
You will experience an initial steep learning curve to get more and go deeper!
Sessions are 45 minutes each week ( 3 times per month, fourth week is rest, reflection and homework, plan 4-6 hours per week for assignments), and mainly done by phone or email, except face-to-face if you reside within our offices’ local vicinity (surcharge applies for face-to-face sessions).
Calls are supplemented by unlimited email support as needed.
You can place ‘Power calls’ between regular sessions if you simply need to voice an important event or accomplishment you want to share - we want to hear about it!
At the end of our sessions we agree on tasks and homework for the coming week. You choose how much you want to take on but we will hold you to it!
Be aware that most of the coaching happens during the week between our regular calls, often through ‘aha’ experiences!
Available timeslots need to be confirmed ahead of time
Coaching is different for each client!
Seeking a specific result in your life we encounter terms such as
- accountability
- inspiration
- focus
- sounding board
- feedback
- challenge
- support
- challenge
- validation, etc
only to name a few.
Some clients switch over to i.e. a once a month scheme after the initial 3 or 6 months to keep on track and gain feedback.
GUARANTEE
If, once you have received your welcome package and completed our first session, you do not feel completely happy that you have made the right decision; we will gladly refund your money in full.
We cannot possibly guarantee that you will succeed with our program as we don't know you, your level of ambition, self-discipline, or commitment!
What we CAN guarantee is that you will finally understand where you are, what’s holding you back and what’s needed to reach your goals!
